Right of Withdrawal & Terms

1. Contracting party
Seller is Foco Azul LLC. Brand and offering: Little Rootlings. The buyer is the person who purchases an e-book via Stripe Checkout.
2. Subject matter
The contract covers the purchase of digital products (PDF e-books). After payment is completed the buyer gets access to the download. The content is supplied digitally, not on a physical medium.
3. Withdrawal right for digital content
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion. For digital content, this right expires once the download or use has begun.
Express consent on purchase: Before completing the purchase you confirm, by ticking the (unticked by default) checkbox in the checkout area, that you expressly consent to receiving immediate access to the e-book before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided. The wording and time of your consent are stored with your order.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in Euros including applicable VAT. VAT is calculated automatically based on your location via Stripe Tax and shown at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout using major credit cards.
5. Delivery
After successful payment you are redirected to the thank-you page where the PDF can be downloaded immediately. A confirmation email with receipt and download link is planned.
6. Returns & refunds
Because these are digital products and the withdrawal right expires before download begins by agreement, returns after delivery are generally excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, for example if the file is defective, the wrong product is delivered or the e-book differs significantly from its description. 7. Usage rights
Purchasing grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the e-book. Sharing, reproduction or public distribution is not permitted.
